Kelly has a long history of involvement in children’s ministry birthed in his heart at the age of seven and has a passion to help others discover their unique calling. He is also passionate about equipping children’s ministry leaders to be more intentional and spiritually effective.
Julie Pratt
National Director of Children’s Discipleship
Julie specializes in child discipleship and the role of the church and the family in helping lead children to become lifelong followers of Jesus. She is focused on developing strategies and practices to disciple today’s kids so they can become leaders of tomorrow’s church.
Jamie Walton
Kidmin Culture Specialist
Jamie leads communication for the national Kidmin office, develops products and resources for kids’ ministry, and leads teams of kids ministers to develop curriculum for missions.

This children’s devotional book introduces the SOAP method (Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer) to help kids study the Bible and apply its lessons. Each chapter highlights a child from the Bible, like Samuel, David, or King Josiah, with Scripture and tools for understanding. It encourages kids to listen to God, trust His plans, and recognize that, despite their age, they can achieve great things through Him.
